Exercise as much as you can.
Kids may join a club or a team.
Sign up at your local gym or club
(YMCA)
and let the children have fun!
Nature walks are nice and worth
your while!
Let them ride their bike, run,
roller-skate...
Just make sure that your children stay
active and eat balanced meals.
Don't allow them to be couch
potatoes and
eat junk food all day long.
Be creative and stay active!!
